William is self taught and has over 27 years of experience. He has worked extensively with NASCAR, and has created commissioned murals in both Johnson City and Piney Flats. He has traveled all over the United States working but says he always ends up back home in East Tennessee. Currently he owns his own shop in Johnson City, Estep Customs.
